Qu-making is a major procedure in the production of soy sauce.This article realized automatic temperature control in the Qu-making process with digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and MCU STC89C51.It improved the quality of Qu,and reduced bacteria′s.The revolution realizes the synergism of depletion of numbers.It is worthy in the medium and small enterprise promotion.
