Изменение концентрации глюкуроновой кислоты в биологических жидкостях в зависимостиот методов лечения травматических разрывов мочевых и половых органов

2014
The purpose of the research was to reveal the dependence of regeneration process from applied methods of regenerative treatment of traumatic damages of urinary and genital organs by studying glucuronic acid concentration in biological liquids. To achieve this purpose we made biochemical blood and urine tests in patients with traumatic damages of kidneys, bladder and testis at the moment of hospital admittance, during restoration surgery and in the course of treatment. The study showed that at traumatic damages of urinary and genital organs the process of connecting structures degradation intensifies, in particular, glycosaminoglycans show an increase in concentration of their metabolite glucuronic acid. After organ preserving surgery and a complex treatment regenerative process continues, concentration of glucuronic acid in biological liquids decreasing.Considerable decrease of glucuronic acid concentration in blood and urine, almost to normal figures, in patients with implanted allogenic biomaterials reveals their stimulating influence on regenerative processes.
