The Analysis of Elimination of Breast Augmentation by Poly-acrylamide Get Injection and Implant Mammaplasy Simultaneously

Objective Explore the effect of polyacrylamide hydrogel elimination and prothesis implantation simutaneously. Methods Twelve patients were divided into 2 groups. A groups: 0.9 % namal saline were injected into capsular space under local anesthesia, negative suction was performed repeated in 2 cases. B groups: Polyacrylamid gel was removed via a periareolar approach under general anesthesia in 10 cases. Implant mammaplasty was performed simultaneously. Results After 3 months follow up, all symptoms were disappeared patients were satisfied with results. Conclusion Most of injected polyacrylamide get could be removed via a periareolar approach. Simultaneous implant mammaplasty was a effective and reliabe method.
