The purpose of the Higher Education Quality Assurance System (SPMI) is to ensure the fulfillment of Higher Education Standards in a systematic and sustainable manner, so that the quality culture will continue to grow and develop. To support higher education quality assurance activities quickly and precisely, it must have an electronic documentation system. Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) is a document management system framework that is more specific for building and storing computerized documents or reports. This electronic documentation system is designed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) software development method. The result is an EDMS model for SPMI, a user management system and a system design in the form of features that will be applied to the SPMI electronic documentation system.
