Clinker cooling method through sintering process

The invention relates to a clinker cooling method through a sintering process, and particularly relates to a clinker cooling process combined in such a way that a fluidized bed type cooler, a cooling machine and a raising plate are combined. The cooling speed of the clinker is fast, therefore the clinker can be cooled during 15-20 min; the clinker of the cooler is low in temperature and fine in granularity, more than 80% of clinker granularity can reach within 15mm, and the discharging temperature can reach up to 97 DEG C and is reduced by about 100 DEG in comparison with that before the implementation; furthermore, the heat use ratio is high, the clinker can be quickly cooled, and the hot air can be reused, therefore the thermotechnical efficiency can be improved.
