The utility model discloses a mechanical and hydraulic integrated dynamic compaction machine which comprises an engine, a main winch, a walking system, a hydraulic system driving the walking system to act and a transmission system. The transmission system comprises a transfer case connected with an output shaft of the engine. The power of the engine is transmitted to the main winch and the hydraulic system of the dynamic compaction machine respectively after passing through the transfer case. A first speed reduction assembly is arranged in the transfer case. When the engine is connected with the main winch through the first speed reduction assembly, the main winch can be driven to conduct forward rotation. A second speed reduction assembly is further arranged in the transfer case. When the engine is connected with the main winch through the second speed reduction assembly, the main winch can be driven to conduct reverse rotation. The engine of the dynamic compaction machine can drive the reverse rotation of the main winch and then drive descending of a rammer or a heavy object; due to the fact that the engine drives the winch to rotate continuously, good stability is achieved in the descending process of the rammer; besides, the dynamic compaction machine has a heavy load descending function, so that the flexibility of equipment application is further improved, and cost of equipment applied to a construction site can be reduced to some extent.
