The utility model discloses an orifice chamfering or rounding die, which aims at providing the orifice chamfering or rounding die with simple structure, easy manufacturing, high processing accuracy and high efficiency. The orifice chamfering or rounding die comprises an upper die and a lower die, wherein a punch head with steps is arranged in the upper die or the lower die. The orifice chamfering or rounding die is characterized in that the shape and size of the front end of the punch head are matched with that of a hole of a work piece requiring chamfering or rounding; the step surface is larger than a chamfered or rounded orifice; the front-end side surface of the punch head is vertical to the step surface; and a connecting inclined plane or a round angle corresponding to a chamfered angle or a rounding of the orifice is arranged at the connecting position of the root part of the front end of the punch head and the step surface. When in use, the work piece is put between the upper die and the lower die, the chamfered or rounded hole is in alignment with the front end of the punch head, when the upper die and the lower die are closed after the front end of the punch head enters the hole, the chamfered angle or the rounding are formed at the orifice of the work piece due to the extrusion of the connecting inclined plane or the round angle of the root part of the front end of the punch head and the step surface. Therefore, chamfering or rounding is realized very conveniently, which is finished while punching.
