Revisión sistemática de la efectividad de la terapia cognitiva basada mindfulness en el trastorno de déficit de Atención con hiperactividad

2020
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the neuropsychiatric disorders with higher recurrence in childhood that persists often in adulthood in most cases associated with problematic behaviors contributing to a social deficit. The objective of this research is to perform a systematic review of the characteristics of articles in indexed journals about mindfullness, effectiveness and ADHD. The search was made in the databases Scopus, PubMed and through Google, using a combination of keywords related to the construct, the sample and its origin. The final analysis unit consisted of 11 articles. In the studies it highlights clinical trials, absence of conflicts of interest and financing. Among the findings, there is partial evidence in the studies on the effectiveness of mindfulness in ADHD due to the complexity of the follow-up. However, this evidence is promising for the evaluation and reduction of problematic behaviors with the accompaniment of parents, partners or tutors.
