Purpose of Review Chronic endometritis is generally an asymptomatic condition typically diagnosed by the histopathological presence of plasma cell infiltration in the endometrial stromal compartment. Emerging data suggests that chronic endometritis may be a cause of recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL).
