Separable passive micromixer

The invention belongs to the technical field of a micro flow control system, and particularly relates to a separable passive micromixer. The separable passive micromixer comprises an upper substrate and a lower substrate, wherein the upper substrate and the lower substrate are vertically bonded together; an inlet, an outlet and a groove passage are arranged on the lower substrate; the groove passage comprises a main groove passage and a plurality of independent auxiliary groove passages; the main groove passage is arranged at the front end part of the lower substrate and is provided with an inlet; a plurality of auxiliary groove passages are respectively arranged on the upper substrate and the lower substrate; the auxiliary groove passages are sequentially arranged along the fluid flowing direction; an outlet is formed in the auxiliary groove passage arranged at the tail end of the lower substrate; when the upper substrate and the lower substrate are bonded; the groove passages in the upper and lower substrates are connected to form a passage. The separable passive micromixer solves the technical problem to provide the separable passive micromixer with small flowing loss and high mixing efficiency through the bread type convection circulation design; the fluid can be separated and combined for many times to cause delamination, stretching, folding and deformation; the contact area between the fluid is increased to the maximum degree, so that the fluid mixing efficiency is improved.
