The present invention relates generally to an isolated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof which specifically binds human CD137, a multispecific molecule comprising said isolated antibody of the invention or antigen-binding fragments thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions and methods of use thereof, a nucleic acid comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding said antibody, a vector comprising said nucleic acid, a host cell comprising said nucleic acid or said vector, and a method of producing said antibody.
