Tourmaline/silicate glass composite material and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a tourmaline/silicate glass composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5-30% of tourmaline and 70-95% of glass, wherein the tourmaline refers to at least one of iron tourmaline, elbaite or dravite; the glass is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 30-60% of SiO2, 32-45% of B2O, 1-7% of Al2O3, 10-20% of Na2O, 5-9% of CaO and 0.6-2% of Li2O; the sum of the weight percentage of the components is 100%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing glass granule, including (1) proportioning materials, (2) mixing the materials, (3) melting, and (4) cooling to obtain glass granule; and 2) after uniformly mixing the tourmaline and glass granule, sintering at 600-900 DEG C, and keeping the temperature, thereby obtaining the tourmaline/silicate glass composite material.
