The invention discloses a touch panel and a touch device. The touch panel comprises a touch control sensing layer comprising a plurality of touch control sensing units which are distributed in the first direction, wherein each touch control sensing unit sequentially comprises a first electrode set, a second electrode set and a third electrode set; the first electrode set comprises a plurality of first electrode units which are distributed in the second direction, each first electrode unit comprises at least two first electrodes, and first electrodes of each first electrode unit are connected with different leads; the second electrode set comprises a plurality of second electrodes which are distributed in the second direction, and the second electrodes are connected with different leads; the third electrode set comprises a plurality of third electrode units which are distributed in the second direction, each third electrode unit comprises at least two third electrodes, the third electrodes of each third electrode unit are connected with different leads, and the first direction and the second direction are crossed. The touch panel and the touch device reduce the number of the leads, lower production cost and increase the production yield.
