Тканевые базофилы молочной железы у женщин при пролиферативной мастопатии и фиброзно-кистозной мастопатии с атипической гиперплазией

By the means of light and electronic microscopy, morphometric and functional characteristics of tissue baso-philes poppulation (ТВ) and their representation in a healthy mammary gland (MO), in proliferative masthopathy (PM) and fibrotic-cystic mastopathy with atypic hypcrplasia (FCMAH) were being stadied. Twenty seven surgically removed tumours of MG were studied. Conducted investigation demonstrates ТВ system activation in all types of stadied MG tumours. This activation is dynamic has cyclic character and depends on the tumour type. Quantity and activity MG ТВ from PM to FCMAH increases. Gradual increasing of the rate and level of degranulation, appearing in the main node surrounding tissues and in the tumour itself large quantity of fine, unmaturated ТВ testifies the phenomenon of decompensation in the system and the beginning of the unreversed changes in MG development.
