Federated protocol for biometric authentication and access control

Starting with the WebID protocol, we are building a protocol for federated biometric access. The protocol allows users to bring not only their own ID but also their own biometrics. The implementation uses OWL-based policies in place of the W3C's Access Control Language vocabulary, and a RDF schema for capturing biometrics in RDF was developed. The genetic-algorithm-based feature extractor GEFE is used, and the protocol is largely immune to replay attacks.
