Entornos de movilidad peatonal en las centralidades urbanas de la ciudad de Calceta

This research work analyzes the pedestrian mobility environments developed in the urban centralities in the city of Calceta, with the purpose of providing an information tool to the various public entities for decision making in the urban planning of the city. The methodology used in this research was in-situ observation to fulfill the proposed objectives and interviews to provide further support to the research. The results show that the urban centers of the city of Calceta provide deficient conditions in terms of accessibility, safety and comfort for pedestrian mobility, which makes the development of the city impossible and generates low quality of life for the inhabitants.
