Research on the Sports Profession Identification of Vocational Skill and Training System in Shannxi Province

The research was carried out through the literature consultation,interview analysis on the concrete implementation of professional vocational skill identification and training in Shannxi Province.Result demonstrates that profession vocational skill identification and training has been developing gradually,although it is not systematic formation.Meanwhile,organization is featured as insufficient consummation and poor training project with the people involved being less than the scale commands.Identification and training system has not involve into the overall frame according to characteristic in Shannxi.Conclusion.What should be done in the least delay is to increase propaganda intensity and improve policy and law enforcement.As soon as possible consummation assessment criteria shall be established.It is also to establish as soon as possible the perfect vocational skill identification and training system in Shannxi province.
