Purpose of the work: improvement results of pancreatoduodenal resections (PDR). The problems; motivation of the evidences to PDR, development of the complex actions on preventive maintenance of the complications, study remote results PDR. The broughted experience of the execution 33 PDR during the period since 1995 on 2005 years. Most often PDR was executed at age 40-49 years (42,4%). The radical operations (PDR) were executed 31 (13,8%) patients with tumors periampullar zones. The complications at early postoperative period developed at 13 (39,4%) sicks. The general letality after PDR has formed 15,2%. At remote periods track fate 24 sicks. 5-years survival under malignant defeats forms 4,5%. GPDR at presence of the evidences and technical possibility of the execution itself justify.
