Finite Element Simulation Analysis on the Shield Cutterhead

According to the structural characteristics of the shield cutterhead,the finite element calculating model is established and the static analysis is made on it by using ANSYS.The displacement, the stress,strain pattern and the weak link of the shield cutterhead are obtained and the corresponding improved schemes are put forward.Through the model analysis,the inherent frequencies and relevant vibration mode shapes of the first 10 order modes are obtained respectively.The results show the relative distribution of the vibration magnitude in the shield cutterhead and reveal the characteristics of modes in various frequency bands,which provides a necessary reference for dynamic response analysis of the cutterhead.
