Tooth agenesis is one of the most common craniofacial malformation in humans. The term hypodontia refers to absence of one or few teeth, which could be an isolated feature or as a part of syndrome. This report discusses a rare case of agenesis of four permanent mandibular incisors and its treatment protocol.
