Application of biplot in regional test of cole(Brassica napus L.)

Analysis of yields of 9 cole(Brassica napus L.) varieties,including genic male sterility(GMS) hybrid varieties,cytoplasmic male-sterile(CMS) hybrid varieties,and pure bred lines by biplot showed: 99F108D,99F105D,99F103D and H03006 that belonged to genie male sterility(GMS) hybrid varieties were the best in yield and stability,99F044D,99F099D and 99F036D that belonged to cytoplasmic male-sterile(CMS) hybrid varieties had good yield,but no good stability.Huayou No.6(pure bred line) was good in stability but not in yields.KT01(pure bred line) had neither good yield nor good stability.The conclusions were as follows: based on the special tridimensional climate in Yunnan and the organic combination of the good yield and stability,the genic male sterility(GMS) hybrid cole(Brassica napus L.) varieties should get prior development.
