Pediatric dentists often encounter with traumatic injuries. Explosive material injuries are seen very rare than other types. Tissue damage in the explosion is because of blast injury, penetrating injury and thermal burn injury. In our study we described pediatric case exposed to blast effect. After multiple finger injury treatment performed, left cen tral maxillary incisor fracture was treated with composite resin restoration. At sixth month control visit, adequate soft tissue support was provided and no color discoloration, fracture or abscess formation was seen. As a result of this case report, the blast injury that rarely seen in pediatric patients in dentistry can be repair properly with appropriate restoration techniques.
