АРХИТЕКТУРНАЯ КОНЦЕПЦИЯ ЕДИНОГО ИНФОРМАЦИОННОГО ПРОСТРАНСТВА УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ИМУЩЕСТВЕННЫМ КОМПЛЕКСОМ МИНОБРНАУКИ РОССИИ

The paper deals with certain provisions of the architectural concept of a common information space management of the property complex of the Russian Ministry. Based on the defi nition of the modular structure of workstations (AWP) of the subject of interdepartmental activities on the one hand, and formulated the concept of building an intelligent network ANN – on the other, an architectural concept of a single information space of the management of the property complex of the Russian Ministry. In developing this concept, the approach in which the shape of the object of design information (such as inter-agency activities ERA) is formed by examining three aspects: functional, system and technical. Functional analysis allows to represent the system in terms of user needs, without structuring it to the elements and subsystems. System – focus on the problems of compatibility and interaction of system elements and subsystems within the system and with external systems. Technical – to focus on the composition, structure and properties of the basic technical elements and subsystems. An service uniformarchitectural concept of «stakeholder task information space» is designed to minimize the cost to resolve «internal contradictions» of the implementation of the processes for property management.
