Residing target selection method and transmission method and device

The invention provides a residing target selection method and a transmission method and device. The transmission method is applied to the network side and comprises the steps that a first signal used for indicating information of the network slice supported by a preset cell and/or a frequency point is generated; and the first signal is transmitted by using an omnidirectional mode or a directional mode, wherein the directional transmitting mode refers to directional transmitting in different downlink beam directions in any mode of time division multiplexing, frequency division multiplexing and code division multiplexing or combination of multiple modes. Residing target selection can be performed according to the network slice supported by the cell and/or the frequency point in the mobile communication system having deploying of the network slices.
