Method for constructing leukoderma animal model

The invention discloses a method constructing a leukoderma animal model. The leukoderma animal model is constructed in the following steps: applying a 20-60% monobenzone solution or emulsified preparation to the back of a mouse, wherein the 5-20mg of monobenzone is applied in every square centimeter of the body surface area by monobenzone; performing subcutaneous injection on the part using monobenzone solution or emulsified preparation of the mouse by a cytosine phosphate-guanosine oligodeoxynucleotide solution in every 3 days, wherein 10-15mu g of the solution is injected in each gram of the body weight in terms of the mass of cytosine phosphate-guanosine oligodeoxynucleotide; and culturing for 21-50 days to construct the model successfully. The method for constructing the leukoderma animal model is simple and convenient, and provides a study basis to further experiment study of leukoderma.
