The observation and nursing experience of patients with pulmonary thromboembolism

Objective:To observe pulmonary thromboembolism patients with clinical features and summarize nursing experience.Methods:The clinical manifestions of 40 cases of pulmonary thromboembolism in 2008-2010 were analyzed statistically.Results:All patients had different risk factors,chronic heart and lung disease,thrombophlebitis,tumour were more common;Specific symptoms and clinical manifestations were atypical.Lough of actirites,shortness of breath,chest pain and breathing difficulties breathing difficulties under static were more common.Conclusions:Understand the various risk factors of pulmonary embolism,assess the early symptorms and signs correctly cooperate with treatment actively,prevent the complications,provide total care and discharge guidance,these are the key to improve the quality of care.
