The article discusses the mechanisms of modernization of the educational system of higher education in Ukraine, including the features of the use of information systems for distance education. Theoretical and methodological requirements for the design of high-tech adaptive mobile educational environment are defined. The proposed model of an integrated system of adaptive mobile environment by means of Internet technologies, which, unlike to the traditional model of distance learning, will solve the problem of choosing an individual trajectory of the educational process and student assessment.
