Device for manufacturing plate by utilizing waste fibers

The invention provides a device for manufacturing a plate by utilizing waste fibers such as waste filter bags, waste textiles and the like. The device comprises a drying device, an opening dust collection device, an airflow netting device, a rolling device, a plate pressing device and a trimming and packaging device, which are sequentially connected with one another in a manner that outlets are connected inlets in sequence, and a gluing mechanism is arranged at an outlet of the airflow netting device. The airflow netting device is used for carrying out the airflow netting for the fibers, so that the fibers in a fiber net can be arranged in a non-directional manner, the transverse-to-longitudinal ratio of the product is about 1:1, the device is applicable to the fibers with different lengths and of different types, the requirement on raw materials is low, and the range of applicable fibers is wide; compared with the traditional scheme for reaching the needed product thickness by paving multiple layers of nets in a combing netting manner, the airflow netting can obtain the needed product thickness by directly controlling the output speed.
