Contact resistance studies on Indium/n-Hg1-xCdxTe

The contact resistance of indium on n-type mercury cadmium telluride (MCT) at 300 K and at 77 K has been measured by Transfer Length Method (TLM) and reported here. A modified process sequence to achieve the minimum contact resistance is also reported.
