This wireless power supply device is characterized by being provided with: a first coil that transmits power using resonance of a magnetic field; a variable capacitor connected to the first coil; a storage device having previously stored therein first distance information indicating the distance between the first coil and a second coil that is disposed, with respect to the first coil, at a position where the second coil resonates with the magnetic field, and first capacity information indicating a variable capacitor capacity with which a current generated due to the resonance of the magnetic field becomes maximum at the distance, said first distance information and first capacity information having been stored by being associated with each other; and a control device which, on the basis of first measured distance information indicating a measured distance between the first coil and the second coil, specifies the first capacity information associated with the first distance information closest to the first measured distance information by referring to the storage device.
