The invention relates to a preparation method of eel fodder. The eel fodder comprises the following materials by weight percentage: 30 to 55 of white fish meal, 8 to 15 of starch, 2 to 4 of skim milk powder, 7 to 10 of dry pig lung, 1 to 4 of fish viscera dry powder, 4 to 7 of wheat high-strength flour, 10 to 20 of shrimp meal, 1 to 2 of mixed inorganic salt, 2 to 5 of silkworm pupa meal, 3 to 7 of mixed mineral substances and 1 to 2 of varied vitamins. The preparation method of the eel fodder comprises the following steps: pouring the materials into a stirrer to uniformly stir; adding quantitative grease and water; stirring the mixture into a sticky dough state; and using a screen of 40 meshes to screen the eel fodder so as to feed eels.
