The present invention is a textured sheet manufacturing method characterized in comprising: the formation of the textured sheet by heating a sheet while said sheet is passing between rotating bodies, the circumferential surfaces of which form a textured shape, to provide the textured shape; and the conveyance of the textured sheet that has passed through said rotating bodies at a slower speed than the circumferential speed of the rotating bodies.
