Identification and Ranking The affective Factors Internet Banking Security with the Approach of Iso 27001 by the Use of Fmcdm (Case Study: Bank Saderat Iran)

This study is aim at ranking the effective factor of internet banking security with ISMS and technique using Fuzzy ANP. The result of this research could be used as an effective method in internet banking security and iso27001 by managers and authority of Bank Saderat of Iran. Applied analysis Techniques are identified for achieving to these purposes after proposing this research. It is an applied and descriptive survey in point of purpose and method respectively. Senior experts and majors have their ideas in this field of study. DEMATEL Technique and analytic network process is used as determination and prioritization of effective factors in internet banking security so paired comparison matrix is used to measure the criterion. To identifying the effective principles and elements on internet banking security a set of options are identified by interviewing the professor and managers. The most important factors in internet banking security by using fuzzy technique include: education, culture, technology, authentication, Comprehensive data and the structure of the bank website. For analysis hierarchical objective criterion were compared by binary. The authentication is the most important based on this vector and the other factors such as technology, education, culture and comprehensive data are the next and criteria of the bank's website is less than the others. DEMATEL technique is used to reflect the internal relations among the main criterion. Based on this vector the technology is the most important and the next one is the bank's website. After that the authentication and Comprehensive data have similar impact. Education and culture have minimum impact on the other elements. The authentication has considerable impact but education and culture have less. Bank's website has more interaction with other criterion. Technology, authentication and comprehensive data are in the next level. Education and culture have lowest interaction with the other elements.
