FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: building, structure is made as a single technical solution of residential and industrial complex construction facility. The construction facility contains a transit carrier plane or a space-constructive cell that is made as a frame and includes one pair of columns in the flat cell and/or two pairs of columns in the spatial cell of frame. The span of each pair of columns is blocked by a beam. Beam has a body including wall, the upper and lower belts, supporting sections and span. Span has length L and is formed with a variable cross-sectional configuration along the length and increasing cross section height over the major length of the structure. The lower belt is convex and curved in the conventional vertical longitudinal plane of structure symmetry with the bulge facing down, and having a curvature with radius R with center located above the upper belt at a distance greater than the length of one flight and satisfying the condition R/L=(5÷15). EFFECT: increased bearing capacity in terms of perception of different loads and expanded range of natural oscillations without entering into resonance, while reducing material consumption and increasing the durability of the structure. 8 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
