The article regards general principles of seronegative spondyloarthritides therapy by glucocorticostreroids. Reasons for relatively low efficacy of the systemic glucocorticosteroids treatment in specific nosologic forms and specific indices to application of such kind of treatment for idiopathic ankylosing spondyloarthritis and psoriatic arthritis. The postulate of the necessity of local glucocorticoid application in Behterev’s disease, psoriatic and reactive arthritis intraarticularly as well as into damaged entheses. Possible approaches to the intensive therapy of seronegative spondyloarthritides including glucocorticosteroids.
