La rhinite non allergique à éosinophiles: une pathologie à ne pas méconnaître. A propos de 50 observations

1993
Non allergic rhinitis with eosinophilia syndrom is defined by a syndrom of nasal hyperreactivity, absence of atopy and nasal eosinophilia. The symptoms are more marked than in other rhinitis. Abnormalities of sinusal mucosa (73%), bronchial hyperreactivity and asthma (26%), aspirin intolerance (19%) are frequently associated and reflect the importance of inflammation induced by eosinophils.
