The invention discloses highly waterproof flame-retardant thermal-insulation mortar. The highly waterproof flame-retardant thermal-insulation mortar is characterized by being prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 300-340 parts of silicate cement, 20-24 parts of coal ashes, 30-35 parts of glass beads, 20-24 parts of zinc borate, 30-50 parts of magnesium aluminate spinel powder, 30-35 parts of attapulgite powder, 10-12 parts of rubber powder, 10-12 parts of Arabic gum, 2-3 parts of itaconic acid, 4-5 parts of natural latex, 4-6 parts of modified nano carbon powder, and 600-650 parts of water. Compared with the conventional thermal-insulation mortar, the novel thermal-insulation mortar provided by the invention has the advantages of being high in strength, light, high in water resistance, high in flame resistance, high in bonding strength, and the like.
