Multilayer coating, their preparation and use for the bonding of glass panes

Multi-layer coating comprising (A) a multi-layer coating comprising (A1) at least one basecoat of a basecoat material comprising at least a melamine resin, and (A2) at least one clearcoat as the topmost layer of the multilayer coating, and (B) an adhesive layer of a moisture-curable, isocyanate-based adhesive directly on the top clear coat layer of the multi-layer coating, wherein (I) fully methylolated all aminoplast resins present in the basecoat, fully etherified melamine resins, in which at least 90% of the etherified methylol groups are etherified with butanol, and are (Ii) the basecoat at least 1.0 wt .-%, based on the total weight of the basecoat, at least one polyester binder having a hydroxyl number of at least 240 gm KOH / g and an acid number of at most 10 mg KOH / g comprises, as well as a corresponding basecoat and methods for making and using the multi-layer coating for the bonding of glass panes.
