Control driving device for protection relay

2013
The utility model provides a control driving device for a protection relay. A driving main circuit is a unidirectional bridge-type rectifier circuit which consists of a diode D1, a diode D2, a switching tube T1, a switching tube T, and a direct-current power supply. The output of the unidirectional bridge-type rectifier circuit is connected with a relay coil JL. A control circuit comprises a first control circuit and a second control circuit, which are respectively connected with the two switching tubes T1 and T2. The first control circuit comprises a timer. The output of the timer is connected with the input end of a first comparator and the input end of a second comparator. The output ends of the first and second comparators are connected to the input end of a logic AND circuit. The output end of the logic AND circuit is connected with a selection end of a selective switch. The output of the selective switch is connected with a first PWM forming circuit. The output of the first PWM forming circuit is sequentially connected with a first shaping circuit and a first IGBT driving circuit. The second control circuit comprises a second timer, and the output of second timer is connected with a second PWM forming circuit. The output of the second PWM forming circuit is sequentially connected with a second shaping circuit and a second IGBT driving circuit.
