Study on the impact of 3D subtitle characteristics on visual comfort

In order to study the impact of 3D subtitle characteristics on visual comfort, this paper included two experiments. In experiment 1, the study was on the impact of 3D subtitle fonts on visual comfort. The results showed the 3D subtitle fonts could not reduce the visual comfort. The subtitles with Official Script font, NSimSum font and bold font had no significant differences on visual comfort. And In experiment 2, the study was on the effect of font size on visual comfort. The results showed the font size had a little impact on visual comfort. The font size 12 of the subtitles was relatively comfortable.
