Genomic Adequacy from Solid Tumor Core Needle Biopsies of ex Vivo Tissue and in Vivo Lung Masses: Prospective Study

Our results indicate that, with regard to optimizing nucleic acid yield for personalized medicine–based approaches requiring lung core needle biopsies, there should be a preference for using lower gauge needles over smaller needles with more passes.
