Über die Entwicklung des Praktikum-Programms für einen Trainingskurs in Radiochemie im Zentralinstitut für Isotopen- und Strahlenforschung

Since 1956 a radiochemical practice was performed at the Department of Radiation Sources and Nuclear Pharmaceuticals of the Central Institute of Isotope and Radiation Research of the Academy of Sciences of the GDR. Beginning about 1970 the programme of the course was entirely renewed to cover the field of application in the biological and medical sciences. Modern techniques of measurement, short-lived radionuclides from nuclide cows, labelling of proteins, compartment kinetics, radioimmunoassays and the estimation of binding constants are subjects of the recent programme.
