Investigation on the cognition level of law knowledge of nursing staffs and strategies

Objective To analyze the cognition level on law of nursing staffs and find out the strategies that can strengthen their awareness of law.Method Self-designed questionnaire is used to investigate head nurse、nurse instructor and nurses in different age levels from five general hospitals by Stratified Sampling.Result 84 percent of the nursing staffs has obvious deficiency in understanding requirements of nursing profession 、 rights of the patients and their own responsibilities and rights,indicating their low level of cognition in law.But age has no obvious effect on it(P0.05).Conclusion Nursing staffs lack the related law knowledge.Pay more attention to the education on law and nursing staffs' awareness of law will be improved.
