養液栽培システムによる薬用植物の生産(第3報) : トウキ (Angelica acutiloba Kitagawa) の砂耕栽培における生育経過とリグスチライド含有量推移

1998
The time course of growth and content of ligustilide in Angelica acutiloba Kitagawa plants cultivated in sand culture were observed between July 1994 and July 1995. (1) The growth curve of Angelica acutiloba Kitagawa plants showed a gentle slope at 9th months after seeding. Maxima diameter of 2cm from the proximal end of the tap root at 9th months extended for about 25mm, and the dry weight of the tap and lateral roots was about 14g/plant. The growth rate of plants in sand culture was faster than that in conventional soil culture.(2) The ligustilide content in the root was constant during cultivation, and was nearly equal that of plants grown in soil culture.
