Langerhans cell histiocytosis is considered as a neoplastic disease and has a wide range of lesions, mainly bone and cutaneous lesions. It occurs at any age, from newborns to the eighth decade of life. It is currently considered as myeloid neoplasm. Treatment strategies are based on the extent and location of the disease. The cancer treatment model is essential to improve outcomes for both adult and child patients with Langerhans cell histiocytosis.
