Effect of Varieties and Explants on the Growth of Virus-free Seeding of Potato

Carring two factor random block experiment,measured seedling fresh weight,root fresh weight,seedling dry weight,root dry weight,leaf number,plant height,stem diameter,root length,root number,node length,node number and growth of leaf area to study different varities and explants on virus-free potato plantlets biomass,shoot and root of the ministry.The results showed that: 3 different maturity varieties,3 different adapters had significant interaction(p0.05) on root fresh weight,seedling dry weight,root dry weight,plant height,stem diameter,length and ratio,this phenomenon indicated that different varities and explants had direct impact on growth and development of virus-free potato plantlets,and the other traits had little impact.Seedling fresh weight,root fresh weight,seedling dry weight,root dry weight,leaf number,stem diameter,section length and number of root to shoot ratio and root number was significantly affected(p0.05) by the varities,but the other traits had no significant impact.3 different explants had significant impact(p0.05) on potato root fresh weight,seedling dry weight,root dry weight,plant height,stem diameter,number,leaf area and root to shoot ratio,but other characters had no significant impact.In all,a nodal segment was most conducive to the growth of virus-free potato plantlets.
