Optimization of determination conditions for Soybean Hull Peroxidase activity

With response surface method,the determination method for Hoybean Hull Peroxidase activity is analyzed from every aspect such as hydrogen peroxide,guaiacol,temperature,pH and enzyme concentration to optimize the determination conditions.The results show that the optimum technological conditions are: temperature is 70 ℃,pH is 6.0,guaiacol and hydrogen peroxide contents are 25 μL and 21 μL respectively.
