Forming characters of Fe_(80)P_(13)C_7 amorphous coating fabricated by bar material plasma spraying

The micro-structures of Fe_(80)P_(13)C_7 amorphous coating by bar material plasma spraying is analyzed by XRD-7000 X ray diffraction instrument.The differential thermal analyzer curve is tested by CRY-2P differential thermal analyzer,and crystallization temperature is analyzed,and microhardness of the coating is tested by HX-1000 microhardness tester,and the constitution of the front face and cross section of the coating are analyzed by energy spectrum analysis.The results show that it is a close and homogeneous coating,and the bonding between the coating and the matrix is mechanical and metallurgical.The microhardness is 946-1 018 HV25,and the crystallization temperature is 433℃.
