Research and application of bedding system of voluntarily changed material flow

In order to increase the quality of iron-bearing materials for sinter,a bedding system of voluntarily changed material flow was developed and applied at the Material Factory of Jinan Iron and Steel Group Company.After the application of the bedding system,major mix quality indexes were improved obviously.For example,σ TFe and σ SiO2 reduced from 0.12 % and 0.45 % to 0.09 % and 0.34 %,respectively.
