The invention relates to a deep sea magnetic coupling propelling plant. Based on the prior art, a series of simple technological means, including replacing the combination of a direct-current motor and a speed reducer with a permanent magnet brushless direct current motor and additionally arranging a pressure balance and compensation device, are adopted, the dead weight of the whole device and occupation of internal space are reduced, and limitless and passive increase of the pressure bearing grade of a shell material and the thickness of a shell is avoided; furthermore, an integral static sealing structure is defined between an internal cavity of a hose, an inner cavity of a shell of the permanent magnet brushless direct current motor, and an inner cavity of a sealing cover, the static sealing structure characterized in fixed connection is far better than a shaft system mechanical sealing device in the prior art, and the risk grade of the structure is nearly zero. In other words, compared with traditional propelling techniques and propelling devices, the overall safety, stability and reliability of the propelling plant are improved remarkably, and overall maneuverability and flexibility are high.
